As a Township of the second class, Chapman is governed by a three-member Board of Supervisors.
Although Supervisors are responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the Township, their positions are essentially voluntary and not the primary occupation of the incumbents.
Public comment and participation are always welcome and encouraged. Residents are invited to present their views on Township matters on any of the means that are available, including letters, e-mail, and telephone or voice mail. The Board strives to have all means available to facilitate your communication with Township officials.
